Company setup, payroll and company reports live in the Admin view. Select Admin in the Worker / Admin toggle at the top of the page, then use the left menu. Which menu items you see depends on your permission group, and a few (Tools, User Management, Billing and Email Settings) are only for Company Admins.
Who can do this: Anyone whose permission group includes Admin permissions. Company Admins (also called super admins) also see Tools and the company-name menu. Each page inside the Admin view needs its own permission.
Open the Admin view
At the top of the page, select Admin in the Worker / Admin toggle. On a narrow screen the toggle is at the bottom of the left menu.
Sequifi opens the first Admin page you can access. Company Admins start in the Admin view when they sign in.
There is no "Switch to Admin" button. If you only see Worker in the toggle, your permission group has no Admin permissions. Ask a Company Admin.
The Admin menu
Each item appears only if your permission group, your company's add-ons and its settings allow it.

Setting up a new company
These are the usual first tasks. A position needs a pay frequency and a permission group, so set those up before you create positions.
Fill in your company information.
Add your pay frequencies.
Add your locations and departments.
Check your permission groups.
Create your positions and set up each position's pay.
Check the Email card so your workers get Sequifi email.
What else changes the Admin menu
Billing: if your company's billing is overdue, most Admin menu items are hidden until billing is up to date.
Payroll-only company setup: companies configured as SequiPay accounts do not see Milestones, Products or Tiers. This differs from a full Sequifi account that uses SequiPay to send payments.
Add-ons: SequiDocs, S-Clearance, Sales Forms and other add-ons add their own menu items when your company turns them on.
Hiring: Hiring is in the Worker view, not the Admin view.
On the mobile app
The mobile app has no Admin view and no settings. All company setup is on the web.
