There is no separate Clawbacks report any more. Find clawbacks in the Sales Report Builder's Clawback view, as negative Commission or Overrides amounts in Run Payroll, and on each worker's Commission page. Reconciliation reports and columns appear only if your company uses reconciliation.
Who can do this: Admins whose permission group includes Reports > Sales > View for the Clawback view, and Payroll > Run Payroll & Approvals for Run Payroll. Reconciliation pages need your company to use reconciliation plus the matching Reconciliation permission. Workers see their own clawbacks.

Reconciliation (if your company uses reconciliation)
Reconciliation is a company setting. If your company doesn't use it, none of the items below appear. If it does, you can find reconciliation in these places:
Admin view > Reports > Reconciliation (needs Reports > Reconciliation).
Admin view > Payroll > Reconciliation (needs Payroll > Reconciliation).
Worker view > Reports > Reconciliation, for people whose permission group includes it.
Run Payroll: a Reconciliation column and filter, the Move to Reconciliations action, and Undo Recon.
Payroll report: a Reconciliations column, and Recon as a row color.
Workers: a Reconciliations card on Pending Pay, and a View Reconciliation Report button on pay stubs that include reconciliation.
Companies on the SequiPay product don't have reconciliation reports.

These reports aren't in the mobile app. Use a web browser.
Common questions
Where is the Clawbacks report?
It was retired. Old links open the Sales Report Builder. Use the Clawback view.
Why don't I see Reconciliation?
Your company doesn't use reconciliation, or your permission group doesn't include it.
