Clawback, Pending Installs and Balance Due views (Sales Report Builder)

The retired Pending Service and Clawbacks reports are now built-in Sales Report Builder views. What each shows and how to save your own.

The old Pending Service and Clawbacks reports were retired. Their jobs are now built-in views in the Sales Report Builder: Clawback lists sales with a settled clawback, Pending Installs lists sales with no install completion date, and Balance Due lists customers with an outstanding balance. Old links to the retired reports open the Sales Report Builder.

Who can do this: Admins whose permission group includes Reports > Sales > View. Not available to companies on the SequiPay product.

Open a built-in view

  1. In the Admin view, open Reports > Sales Report Builder.

  2. In the row of views at the top, select Clawback, Pending Installs or Balance Due.

  3. Check the date range and filters. They still apply when you switch views.

  4. Export with Export if you need a file (CSV, up to 50,000 rows).

Sorted

Clawback

"Sales with a settled clawback." Columns: customer name, customer state, setter, closer, cancel date and clawback amount. It also includes settled clawbacks that have no cancel date.

Newest cancel date first.

Pending Installs

"Sales with no install completion date."

Oldest first, by age in days.

Balance Due

"Customers with a currently tracked outstanding balance." Columns: customer name, customer state and balance age. If your sales don't track customer balances, this view has nothing to show.

Oldest balance first.

Columns your company doesn't use are left out of each view. Mortgage companies see Loan instead of Sale.

Common questions

A clawback is missing from the Clawback view

The view shows only settled clawbacks. Check your date range and filters too. For how clawbacks happen, see How clawbacks work.

Does a sale in the Clawback view mean a worker was charged?

The view lists sales. To see the deduction on a worker's pay, look at Run Payroll or the Payroll report for that worker.
