Sales Report Builder: build, save and export sales views

Choose columns, filters and dates, save your own views, use the built-in views, and export up to 50,000 rows as CSV.

The Sales Report Builder lets you choose the columns, filters and date range for a sales report, save it as a view, and export it as a CSV file of up to 50,000 rows. Open it in the Admin view under Reports > Sales Report Builder. It also has built-in Clawback, Pending Installs and Balance Due views. Mortgage companies see Loan instead of Sale.

Who can do this: Admins whose permission group includes Reports > Sales > View. Not available to companies on the SequiPay product.

Build a report

  1. In the Admin view, open Reports > Sales Report Builder.

  2. If your company has more than one office, pick the office.

  3. Pick a Date range. Choose Custom to set a Start date and End date.

  4. Pick the Date type: Sale Date or one of your company's milestone dates.

  5. Select Filters to narrow the results. The button shows how many filters are on, for example Filters (2).

  6. Select Columns to choose which columns show.

  7. Sort by selecting a column heading. The Total row adds up the results. Use Search visible columns... to find a record.

If nothing matches, you see "No results found. Adjust your filters or date range to see results."

Save a view

  1. Set up the report the way you want it.

  2. Select Save view. In Save Report View, enter a View name. Tick Set as default view to open this view first every time.

  3. Your saved views appear in the row of views at the top. Your default is marked with *.

  4. To change a saved view, open it, make changes and select Update View. To remove it, select Delete View.

The built-in views (Clawback, Pending Installs, Balance Due) can't be changed. Open one, adjust it, and select Save view to keep your own copy. See Clawback, Pending Installs and Balance Due views.

Export

  1. Choose Export visible columns or Export all columns. Either way, only the records that match your filters are exported.

  2. Select Export. The file is CSV, with up to 50,000 rows.

  3. Large exports run in the background. If it takes a while, you see "Export is taking longer than expected." Check the notification panel (the bell) for your file.

Which office a sale is in

Every sale is shown under the office each worker was in on the sale date. A later transfer doesn't move old sales.

On the mobile app

The Sales Report Builder isn't in the mobile app. Use a web browser.
