The Sales report lists every sale in your company with summary cards and a Customer Info table you can filter and export to Excel. Open it in the Admin view under Reports > Sales. Mortgage companies see Loans instead of Sales. For custom columns and saved views, use the Sales Report Builder.
Who can do this: Admins whose permission group includes Reports > Sales > View. Import History, Import and Add Sale also need Reports > Sales > Add. Not available to companies on the SequiPay product. Managers use the Worker view version: see Reports for managers.
Filter the report
In the Admin view, open Reports > Sales.
Pick an office and a rep (All Reps for everyone).
Pick a period: This Week, This Month, This Year, Last Year, Last Month, Last 12 Months, This Quarter, Last Quarter or Custom.
Pick which date the period applies to: the sale date, or one of your company's milestone dates. The list depends on your company's milestones.
For more filters, including your company's custom fields, use the funnel icon.
What the page shows
Summary cards: an Account Sales chart, an Install Ratio card (Service Ratio for pest and fiber companies, Funding Ratio for mortgage), averages, and Best Day, Best Week and Best Month. Card names vary by industry.
Customer Info table: ID, Customer, Source, job status, Product, State, Rep Name, Last Payment, T.Commission, T.Overrides, the unit (for example kW), EPC, Net EPC, Adders and Payment Status. Pest, fiber and mortgage companies see a different table with the account value and Services Done.
Select a sale to open it. The sale page has a Recalculate button.
Each sale is reported under the office each worker was in on the sale date, even if they transferred later.
Import and add sales
Import uploads sales from a file.
Import History shows past imports.
Add Sale (Add Loan for mortgage companies) adds one sale by hand.
Export
Set your filters.
Select the export icon (its tooltip says Export). While the file is built you see "We are creating your file for download. This may take a few seconds to minutes depending on its size."
The file is Excel (.xlsx) and holds up to 5,000 sales.
If you see "Export limit exceeded: N records found (maximum: 5000 records). Please refine your filters to reduce the dataset.", narrow the filters, or use the Sales Report Builder, which exports up to 50,000 rows.
Held sale updates during payroll
Company Admins (super admins) can see the held-update banner and manage the queue. Other admins' imports can still be held. If a banner says some PIDs "are currently queued because payroll" is being finalized, imported updates to those sales are waiting. They run on their own once that payroll is executed or unfinalized. Select View to see them. See Why are sale updates held while payroll is finalizing?
On the mobile app
The admin Sales report isn't in the mobile app. Workers see their own sales in the app: see Mobile: sales, commissions and overrides.
Common questions
Where are the Pending Service and Clawbacks reports?
They were retired. Use the Pending Installs and Clawback views in the Sales Report Builder. See Clawback, Pending Installs and Balance Due views.
I don't see Import or Add Sale
