In the Sequifi app, tap Sales to see your own sales. The Commissions tab shows your projected and total commissions and a list of every sale, and the Overrides tab shows overrides you earn on other people's sales. Tap any sale for its milestones, customer and job details.
Who can do this: Any worker signed in to the app, for their own sales. The app shows only your sales, never your team's.
Commissions
Tap Sales, then Commissions.
The top card shows PROJECTED COMMISSIONS, TOTAL COMMISSIONS and TOTAL SALES.
The Account Sales card counts your sales as Pending, Completed and Cancelled, with Average Account Value. Tap a count to list those sales.
Tap View All Commissions for the full list. Search by name, product or ID, or use the filter to choose By Status (All, Pending, Paid, Awaiting Payment, Cancelled) and By Date (All Time, Last Month, This Year, Last 12 Months, Year to Date).
Overrides
Tap Sales, then Overrides.
The top card shows PROJECTED OVERRIDES, TOTAL OVERRIDES and OVERRIDE ENTRIES.
Tap a type to filter: All, or the types you have, such as Direct, Indirect, Office, Manual, Stack or Manager.
Each entry reads "Override over:" and the rep's name, with the product, rate and date.
Pending overrides also show in Earnings > Pending Pay > Overrides.
Sale details and milestones
Tap any sale to open it. You see:
TOTAL COMMISSION and PRODUCT.
My Commission: each milestone, marked Projected (not earned yet) or Earned.
Sale Info: ID, Product, Product Name, Prospect ID, Proposal ID, Homeowner ID.
Customer: Name, Address, Email, Phone.
Job Details and any adders.
Field names follow your industry. For example, solar companies see KW and Net EPC, and turf and roofing companies see Sq Ft.
Mortgage companies see Loan instead of Sale in most places. In the app the tab is still called Sales, and loans show fields such as Loan Amount, Fee %, Loan Type and Closing Date. Roles show as MLO, Coordinator, LOA and Processor.
Troubleshooting
"No commissions found" or "No overrides found": try All and All Time in the filter, and clear the search.
"Failed to load sale details" or "Sale details not available": go back and open the sale again.
A sale is missing: check your filters first. If it's still missing, ask your admin to check that you're on the sale.
A sale or override in the app is not proof that it has been paid. Your pay shows in Earnings.
