Your own sales are in My Earnings > Commission, which replaced the old My Sales tab. Use Date Range, search and Filter to find a sale, select the customer to see its details, and switch to Chart for a picture of your pipeline. Managers with report access can see other reps' sales in Reports > Sales.
Who can do this: Workers whose permission group includes the Commission page, for sales where they are a closer or setter. Reports > Sales needs its own permission. Your company may have these pages turned off. Mortgage companies see Loan instead of Sale.
Find a sale
Open My Earnings and select Commission. You can also use Recent Sales on your Home page.
Choose a Date Range. The default is Last 12 Months. Select Custom to enter start and end dates.
In Select Sales Type, choose which date the range uses: the sale date (Sale Date or Sold Date), one of your company's milestone dates, or Cancel Date.
Type in the search box, or open Filter to filter by Product Name, Product ID, State, installer (called Service Provider or Broker at some companies), Status or Source Type.
Select a column heading to sort by it.
The table shows ID, Date, Customer and Product, then columns that depend on your industry (such as setter and closer, Net EPC, KW, or the account value, called Loan Amount at mortgage companies), then Status and Commission. A cancelled sale shows in red with a commission of $0.00.
Which sales appear
You see sales where you are one of the closers or setters. Overrides you earn on other people's sales are on My Earnings > Override. If a sale has no setter and your permission group lets you edit sales, an Add Rep link appears in the empty setter cell.
Open a sale
Select the ID or the customer's name to open the sale's details on the right: Sales Info (or Loans Info), Customer Details, Job Details, Service History (pest and fiber companies) and Notes.
Select the commission amount or the arrow at the end of the row to see each milestone's pay date and pay status.
See your pipeline in Chart view
On the Commission page, switch from Table to Chart.
Pick a range: Current Pay Period, Last Pay Period, This Month, Last Month, Last 3 Months, Year to Date or Last 12 Months.
The charts are Account Sales, Your Accounts, Service Ratio (serviced compared with unserviced), Incomplete Accounts (unfinished sales grouped by age: 0 to 15, 16 to 30, 31 to 60, and 60 or more days, as of today) and Projected Earnings by Product. Switch back to Table to see individual sales.
A big pipeline isn't a promise of pay. Projected commission is paid only after each milestone date is set and payroll runs.
Export your sales
Select the export icon (its tooltip says Export) to download the list as a spreadsheet. You can export up to 10 times a minute.
For managers: other reps' sales
If your permission group includes it, open Reports > Sales in the Worker view to see sales for the offices you have access to. The Breakdown cards show figures such as the largest and average account and the amounts installed (or serviced, or funded), pending and clawed back. Card names depend on your industry. Select a customer's name to open the sale details. Exporting needs a separate permission.
Admins with sales access use Reports > Sales in the Admin view, where selecting the ID opens the full sale page.
On the mobile app
Tap Sales. The app shows only your own sales: Commissions lists them, and the Account Sales card counts them as Pending, Completed and Cancelled. The tab is called Sales in the app at every company. See Mobile: sales, commissions and overrides.
Common questions
A sale is missing.
Widen the Date Range, check Select Sales Type, and clear the search and filters. If it's still missing, see A sale is missing or duplicated.
Can I change a sale's details?
Most sale details are managed by your company. Ask your admin for corrections; use an Add Rep control only when it is available and you are authorized to make that assignment.
