To have a current worker sign a new agreement (for example at renewal time or after a promotion), open their profile from Management > Personnel in the Worker view and select New Contract. The hire wizard opens with their details. Update what's changing and finish with Send New Offer, or Skip Documents to complete the contract without sending documents. This is re-signing, not resigning: it isn't for workers who are leaving.
Who can do this: People whose permission group includes the New Contract profile permission, with profile access that covers the worker's office and position. Web only.
Send a new contract
Select Worker in the Worker / Admin toggle, then Management > Personnel.
Open the worker's profile.
Select New Contract. If you started one before and didn't finish, it shows Draft Contract instead.
The wizard opens with the title Onboard Employees. Work through Personal Info, Agreement, Organization, the pay steps for the position, Additional Information and Documents (the last two only if needed).
On Agreement, the Start Date must be today or later. To add a signing bonus, answer "Is this person eligible for bonus?" with Yes and fill in Hiring Bonus / Resign Bonus and Date to be Paid.
In Review & Send, select:
Send New Offer to send the new contract. You see "New contract completed successfully".
Skip Documents to complete the contract without sending documents ("Documents skipped successfully" / "Contract completed successfully without documents").
After you send it
Follow the new contract on Hiring > Onboarding. Its row can show Review & Hire, which a document reviewer uses to activate the new contract.
New Contract or Update Employment Package?

On the mobile app
You can't send new contracts in the app. Use the web.
Common questions
Why does the wizard say Onboard Employees?
It's the same wizard used for new hires. It works the same for contractors.
I don't see New Contract.
Your permission group needs the New Contract permission and access to that worker's office and position. Ask your company admin.
