Reports for managers (Worker view)

The Worker view reports (Office, Sales, Payroll, Past Pay Stubs and add-on reports), what each shows, and which offices you can see.

Managers use the reports in the Worker view under Reports: Office, Sales, Payroll and Past Pay Stubs, plus a few that depend on add-ons. Each one appears only if your permission group includes it. Being marked as a manager doesn't add any reports by itself. Mortgage companies see Loans instead of Sales.

Who can do this: Anyone whose permission group includes the Worker view Reports item, for example Reports > Office > View. Your company decides who gets these, usually managers. Admin reports (Company, the report builders) need the Admin view: see Reports for admins.

Reports in the Worker view

Report

What it shows

Notes

Office

Office Ranking, Total Reps, Managers, Sales Reps, Total Sales, Total Accounts, best day, week and month, top team and top manager, and a worker performance list.

No export. Not on the SequiPay product.

Sales (Loans)

Filters for office, rep, date range and sale type. Breakdown cards such as largest and average account and how much is installed or pending, then a chart or the Customer Info table.

Export needs Reports > Sales > Export. Not on the SequiPay product.

Payroll

A read-only copy of the Run Payroll grid for the offices you can access. All action buttons are turned off.

You can look but not change anything.

Past Pay Stubs

Your own pay stubs, with tabs Pay stubs, One-Time Payment and, with the Reserve Balances add-on, Reserve.

Only your own, not your team's.

Reconciliation

Reconciliation reporting.

Only if your company uses reconciliation.

Backend Report and Backend Summary

Backend statements.

Only with the Backend Report add-on. Backend Summary works for admins only.

Which offices you can see

In the Sales report, the office list shows your own office and any extra offices you are assigned to. You see all offices only if your permission group's Profile access for setting is All Offices. The Payroll report shows the offices you can access.

Open a report

  1. Select Worker in the Worker / Admin toggle at the top, if you have both.

  2. Open Reports in the menu and choose the report.

  3. Set the filters at the top. In the Sales report, switch between chart and table.

On the mobile app

These reports aren't in the mobile app. The app has Standings if your company turned it on. See Mobile: Standings (Leaderboard).

Common questions

I'm a manager but I have no Reports menu

Reports come from your permission group, not from being a manager. Ask your company admin to add the report you need. See Why can't I see a menu or feature?

Can I see my team's pay stubs?

Not in Past Pay Stubs, which shows only your own. Managers with access to a worker's profile may be able to open Payroll History there.
