Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Rating a Lead
Rating helps you and your team prioritize leads based on their potential.
From the Leads List:
Go to "Hiring" in the left-hand menu.
Click on "Leads." This shows all submitted leads.
Find the lead you want to rate.
Look for the three dots menu on the right side of the lead's row.
Click the three dots.
Select "Rate Lead" or "Rate."
Choose a star rating. Typically 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the highest potential.
Save your rating. The rating now appears with the lead's information.
From the Lead Detail View:
Click on a lead's name to open their details.
Look for the rating section. This may show stars or a rating option.
Click to add or change the rating.
Select the appropriate number of stars.
The rating saves automatically.
Understanding Star Ratings
Use a consistent rating system across your team:
5 Stars – Exceptional candidate

Ready to start immediately
Strong cultural fit
4 Stars – Strong candidate
Good qualifications

Minor concerns or questions to address
Worth prioritizing
3 Stars – Average candidate
Meets basic requirements
Some potential
Needs further evaluation
Worth interviewing
2 Stars – Below average candidate
Limited experience or qualifications
Some red flags
May not be a good fit
Consider only if pipeline is thin
1 Star – Poor candidate
Does not meet requirements
Significant concerns
Unlikely to be successful

Discuss rating criteria with your team to ensure everyone rates consistently.
