Mobile: track requests and approve them

Follow your requests in the Sequifi app, approve or deny requests as an approver, and where to submit new ones.

In the Sequifi app, tap Requests to follow your requests: Pending lists the ones not yet paid or declined, and History lists the ones paid or declined. If you approve requests, the Approvals tab lets you tap a request and choose Approve or Deny. You can't submit a new request in the app; do that on the website.

Who can do this: Super admins, and people whose permission group includes Requests & Approvals. The Approvals tab shows only for super admins and permission groups that include Approvals.

Track your requests

  1. Tap Requests.

  2. Choose Pending (pending, approved or scheduled) or History (paid or declined).

  3. Search, or use Filter by status: All, Pending, Approved, Scheduled, Declined, Paid.

  4. Each card shows the request type, amount, status and reason. Admin on a card means an admin raised it for you.

Approve or deny a request

  1. Tap Requests, then Approvals. The banner shows how many requests need your attention.

  2. Tap a request to expand it and check the details.

  3. Tap Approve or Deny. You see "Request has been approved" or "Request has been denied".

There is no comment box in the app when you approve or deny.

Submit a new request on the website

You can't create a request (advance, reimbursement, pay dispute or any other type) in the app. In any browser, including your phone's, go to your company's Sequifi site, sign in with the same email and password, open Requests and select Add Request. After you submit it, you can follow it in the app.
