Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Accessing the My Sales Tab
Log in to Sequifi. You'll land on your dashboard after signing in.
Click on "My Earnings" in the left-hand menu. This will expand to show three subtabs.
Click on "My Sales." This is the first subtab and displays all your personal sales information.
Understanding the Summary Section
At the top of the My Sales page, you'll see five key metrics that give you a quick snapshot of your sales performance:
Largest Account – The highest value account you've sold. This shows your biggest win.
Average Account – The average value across all your accounts. This helps you understand your typical deal size.
Accounts in Pipeline – The number of accounts you have that are still pending completion. These are sales that haven't fully installed or serviced yet.
Pending Value – The total projected value of your pending accounts. This is money you're expected to earn once those accounts complete.
Clawbacks – The total amount of commissions that have been taken back due to canceled accounts. Keeping this number low is important for your overall earnings.
Viewing the Sales Graph
Below the summary metrics, you'll see a graph showing your sales over time.
Review the monthly breakdown. The graph displays your sales by month, helping you see trends and patterns in your performance.
Hover over any month to see details. When you hover over a bar or data point, you'll see the specific numbers for that month, including accounts sold and earnings.
Use the filters to adjust the view. You can filter the graph by:
Time period – Week, month, year, last year, twelve months, or a custom date range
Date type – Sell date, service date, install date, or other milestone dates
Viewing the Earnings Breakdown
Below the sales graph, you'll see an earnings section that shows how much money you've made from your sales.
Review earnings by month. This graph shows your commission earnings over time, separate from the number of accounts sold.
Compare sales volume to earnings. Sometimes you might sell fewer accounts but earn more if those accounts are higher value. This section helps you understand that relationship.
Understanding Account Status Overview
The My Sales page includes a visual breakdown of where your accounts stand in the pipeline.
Look for the circle graph. This shows a visual representation of your accounts by status.
Review the status categories:
Installed / Serviced – Accounts that are fully complete
Pending – Accounts that are sold but not yet complete
Canceled – Accounts that fell through and didn't complete
Clawbacks – Accounts where commissions were taken back
Check your service ratio. This percentage shows how many of your sold accounts have actually completed. A higher ratio means more of your sales are turning into actual earnings.
Viewing Your Customer List
At the bottom of the My Sales page, you'll find a detailed list of all your accounts.
Scroll down to the customer info section. This table lists every account attached to you.
Review the columns for each account:
PID – The unique identifier for the account
Customer – The customer's name
Product – What was sold
State – Where the customer is located
Type – The category or type of sale
Milestone Status – Where the account is in the process (M1, M2, pending, complete, etc.)
Commission – How much you're earning on that account
Look for color coding.
Regular text indicates active accounts
Red text indicates canceled accounts
Light blue numbers indicate projected earnings (not yet paid)
Click on a PID number to see full account details. This opens a detailed view of that specific account, including:
Customer information and address
Job details and gross account value
Milestone dates (when M1 and M2 were paid or are expected)
Notes on the account
Commission breakdown for all workers on the account
Override information showing who else earns on this account
Filtering Your Sales Data
You can customize the view to focus on specific information.
Filter by time period. Use the dropdown at the top to select:
Week
Month
Year
Last year
Twelve months
Custom (select your own date range)
Filter by date type. Choose which date to filter by:
Sell date
Service date
Install date
M1 date
Cancel date
Export your sales data. Click the "Export" button to download your sales information as an Excel file. This is useful for your own records or for analyzing your data outside of Sequifi.
Understanding Projected vs. Actual Earnings
As you review your sales, you'll notice some numbers appear in light blue. These are projected earnings.
Projected earnings are estimates based on accounts that are still in your pipeline. The money hasn't been paid yet because the account hasn't reached the required milestone.
Actual earnings are amounts that have already been paid and appear on your pay stubs.
Projected numbers can change if an account cancels, the value changes, or other adjustments are made. Once an account completes and you're paid, the amount moves from projected to actual.
Tips and Common Mistakes
Check milestone status if you're waiting on a payment. If you expected to be paid for an account but haven't been, check the milestone status. You won't receive payment until the account reaches the required milestone (like M1 or final service).
Use filters to find specific accounts. If you're looking for a particular sale, use the date filters or scroll through the customer list. You can also export the data and search in Excel.
Pay attention to canceled accounts. Accounts shown in red have canceled. If you were already paid for a canceled account, expect a clawback on a future paycheck.
Projected earnings aren't guaranteed. Light blue numbers are estimates. Don't count on that money until the accounts complete and appear on your pay stub.
Click into accounts for full details. The customer list shows a summary, but clicking on the PID gives you much more information, including milestone dates, notes, and who else is earning on the account.
Track your service ratio. A high service ratio means more of your sales are completing successfully. If your ratio is low, focus on selling to qualified customers and following up to ensure accounts close.
Export regularly for your records. Downloading your sales data periodically gives you a personal backup and lets you track your progress over time.
