Understanding Your Dashboard

Once you're logged in, your dashboard gives you a quick overview of your performance and activity. Here's what you'll see:

Sales Report Section This area shows your sales activity at a glance. You can see how many accounts you've sold, your progress toward goals, and how your performance compares over time.

Office Performance (for managers) If you're a manager or leader, you'll see additional information about how your office or team is performing. This includes total accounts, revenue, and individual rep stats.

Financial Overview Your dashboard may display information about your total payroll, recent pay periods, and which offices or markets are performing best. This helps you understand where your strengths are.

Navigating the Left-Hand Menu

On the left side of your screen, you'll see a menu with icons that take you to different parts of Sequifi. Here's a quick guide to what each section does:

  • Dashboard – Your home screen with a snapshot of your performance

  • My Earnings – View your sales, overrides, and pending pay

  • Arena – Access competitions, games, and incentives (if available to you)

  • Referrals – Submit leads for potential new hires

  • Hiring – Manage leads, interviews, and onboarding (for managers)

Accessing Your Profile

Your profile is where you can update personal information, view your organization, and manage your banking and tax details.

  1. Look in the upper right corner of the screen. You'll see a circle with your initials (the first letter of your first and last name).

  2. Click on your initials. A dropdown menu will appear with three options:

    • View Profile – Edit your personal info, address, tax details, and banking

    • Reset Password – Change your login password

    • Logout – Sign out of Sequifi

  3. Click "View Profile" to access your full profile. From here, you can update your information anytime.

Tips and Common Mistakes

  • Write down your new password. After you change your temporary password, make sure you save it somewhere secure so you don't get locked out.

  • Complete all required fields. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. You won't be able to proceed until they're filled in.

  • Use the address dropdown. When entering your address, start typing and select from the dropdown list. This helps avoid errors. If the dropdown doesn't work, click "Enter Manually" to type it yourself.

  • Double-check your banking info. Incorrect routing or account numbers can delay your pay. Take a moment to verify everything is correct.

  • Don't skip document signing. If you skip signing required documents during onboarding, you may not be able to receive pay until they're completed. You can always find unsigned documents in your profile under the "Documents" tab.
