My Earnings > Pending Pay shows what you're expected to be paid for the upcoming pay period, category by category, before payroll runs. When your admin sends payroll for review, you can confirm it with Verify Pay or ask for a change with Request Review.
Who can do this: Workers, for their own pay. Pending Pay is hidden if your company has stopped payroll for you. If it opens to "Not Permitted!", your permission group doesn't include it. Verify Pay and Request Review appear only after your admin sends payroll for review.
Check your pending pay
Open My Earnings and select Pending Pay. The page is titled Pending Pay Breakdown, with the pay period dates under the title.
Look at the summary cards: Commissions, Overrides, Reimbursements, Adjustments, Deductions & Accruals, Additional Values, Wages (if you're paid wages) and Reconciliations (only if your company uses reconciliation). Total Anticipated Pay is the total.
Select a card to jump to its section. Sections with amounts are listed under Activity this period, and the rest under No activity this period.
Open a section to see each line. In Commissions, use Search a Customer to find a sale.
Select View past paystubs to see what you've already been paid.
Pending Pay shows the next pay period that your admin hasn't started finalizing. Amounts can change until then, for example when a sale is updated or your admin makes an adjustment. Once your admin finalizes that payroll, Pending Pay moves on to the following pay period, and your pay shows on your pay stub after payroll runs.
Verify your pay or request a review
Your company may ask you to check your pay before payroll runs. When your admin sends payroll for review, a banner appears at the top of your My Earnings pages: "Your pay details for this pay period are available. Please review and confirm they look correct." You may also get an email titled "Your Payroll Has Been Sent for Review".
Open My Earnings > Pending Pay and check every section.
If everything is right, select Verify Pay. In "Are you sure you want to Verify Pay?", select Verify Pay again.
If something is wrong, select Request Review. In Submit your request, write what needs attention in Add a comment (for example the customer, the category and the amount you expected), then select Send.
Verifying covers your whole pay period. It tells your admin the figures look right. It doesn't mean the money has been sent. Your admin sees your comment on your pay review.
Banner | What it means |
"Your pay details for this pay period are available. Please review and confirm they look correct." | Your admin sent payroll for review. Verify it or request a review. |
"Your request has been sent to your admin for review. You'll be notified if any updates are needed." | You requested a review. Your admin has your comment. |
"Your admin has updated your pay details for this period. Please review the changes and confirm they look correct." | Your admin replied or changed your pay. Check it again, then verify or request another review. |
"Your pay for this period has been verified and looks good." | You're done for this pay period. |
If you don't see the buttons, your admin hasn't sent this payroll for review. You can still ask your admin about an amount directly.
On the mobile app
Tap Earnings, then Pending Pay. The card shows TOTAL ANTICIPATED PAY and the category cards. When payroll is sent for review, tap Review Pay Details to verify or request a review. The app has no Reconciliation card, so check reconciliation on the website. See Mobile: pending pay, verifying your pay and paystubs.
Troubleshooting
Message or problem | What it means |
"No pending pay yet for this pay period. Your earnings breakdown will appear here once a payroll is generated." | Your company hasn't generated payroll for this period yet. It doesn't mean you have no earnings. Check again later or ask your admin. |
"Position not set for this user!!", "User's position have no pay frequency!!" or "Pay period not found!!" | Your setup isn't complete. Your admin needs to set your position or your company's pay period. |
No Pending Pay in My Earnings | Your company may have stopped payroll for you. Ask your admin. |
"Not Permitted!" on Pending Pay | Your permission group doesn't include Pending Pay. Ask your company admin. |
A sale you expected isn't in Commissions | Its milestone may not have a date yet, so it's still Projected. Check the sale on My Earnings > Commission. |
