View and download your pay stubs and one-time payments

Find your latest and past pay stubs, one-time payments, what each section means, and how to export a PDF.

Open My Earnings > Pay Stubs to see your most recent pay stub. For older pay stubs and one-time payments, open Reports > Past Pay Stubs, pick the year, and choose the Pay stubs or One-Time Payment tab. Use Export on any pay stub to save it as a PDF.

Who can do this: Workers, for their own pay stubs. Pay Stubs and Past Pay Stubs each have to be in your permission group, so you may see one without the other. Your company may have these pages turned off.

See your latest pay stub

  1. Open My Earnings and select Pay Stubs. Your most recent pay stub opens.

  2. Check the header: Rep ID, Address, SSN / EIN and Deposit To.

  3. Read the summary table. It has Category, This Period and Year to Date columns, with rows such as Wages, Commission, Overrides, Adjustments, Deductions & Accruals, Reimbursements, Additional Values and Net Pay. W-2 employees also see Taxes, and some also see benefits rows.

  4. Scroll down for the itemized sections, one per category. Each has a search box.

Categories with nothing this period or this year are grouped under No activity this period. If the pay stub includes reconciliation, select View Reconciliation Report to see it.

Find an older pay stub or a one-time payment

  1. Open Reports and select Past Pay Stubs.

  2. Pick the year.

  3. Choose a tab: Pay stubs for regular payroll, One-Time Payment for payments made outside a regular payroll, or Reserve (only if your company uses reserve balances).

  4. Select any row to open that pay stub.

The list shows Pay Period, Payroll Date, Wages, Commissions, Overrides, Adjustments, D&A (deductions and accruals), Reimbursements, Additional Fields and Net Pay. W-2 employees also see Taxes and Employee Benefits.

You can also open the same list from your profile: select your photo or initials, then View Profile, then Payroll History.

Download a pay stub

  1. Open the pay stub.

  2. Select Export. A PDF of that pay stub downloads.

The PDF contains your pay and tax details. Keep it somewhere private.

What one-time payments are

A one-time payment is money your company pays you outside a regular payroll, for example a bonus, a reimbursement, an advance, an incentive or a payroll dispute correction. Your admin either pays it right away or schedules it for a date. It can also happen when your admin pays an approved request with Pay Now.

Each one-time payment gets its own pay stub, listed on the One-Time Payment tab, not on the regular Pay stubs tab.

On the mobile app

Tap Earnings, then Paystubs. The PAYSTUBS card shows NEXT PAY DATE and LAST PAY DATE, and the ONE-TIME PAYMENTS card lists one-time payments. Tap a pay stub for its breakdown. The app can't download a PDF: tap View Full Paystub to open it on the website, then use Export. See Mobile: pending pay, verifying your pay and paystubs.

Common questions

I can't find a pay stub.

Check the year, and check both the Pay stubs and One-Time Payment tabs. A pay stub appears only after that payroll has run. For pay that hasn't run yet, see Check your pending pay and verify it before payday.

Will I get an email when my pay stub is ready?

Only if your company turned on pay stub emails. Then you get "New Paystub Available" with a link after payroll runs.

An amount on my pay stub is wrong.

Submit a Payroll Dispute request for that pay period. See Submit a request (advance, reimbursement, pay dispute and more).

Where is my 1099 or W-2?

Pay stubs aren't year-end tax forms. Ask your company admin how your company provides them.
