Super admins can see another person's view of the Sequifi app. On the website, open View As, pick the person, choose On my phone, and scan the QR code with your phone's camera. The app opens that person's view with a Viewing as banner; tap Exit when you're done.
Who can do this: Super admins (Company Admins) only. You start View As from the website; the app has no View As button.
View the app as someone else
On a computer, sign in to your company's Sequifi website.
Select the View As eye icon in the top bar (View as another user).
Search by name or email and select the person.
Choose On my phone. A QR code appears: "Scan with your phone's camera to open (name)'s view in the Sequifi app." A timer shows Expires in.
On your phone, open the camera and scan the code. The Sequifi app must be installed. You don't need to be signed in to the app.
The app opens with the banner Viewing as and the person's name. You see their tabs and their data.
Tap Exit on the banner to stop.
Each code works once and expires after 3 minutes. If it expires, the website shows "This code has expired." Select Get a new code.
What's different while viewing as someone
Onboarding screens are skipped, even if the person hasn't finished onboarding.
Tax and banking details are hidden and can't be changed ("Tax and banking details are not available while viewing as another user.").
File downloads are blocked.
When you tap Exit, the app goes back to your own account on that phone if you were signed in. If you weren't, it goes to the sign-in screen.
Troubleshooting
