Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Accessing Your Network
Log in to Sequifi. You'll land on your dashboard after signing in.
Click on your initials in the upper right corner. A dropdown menu appears.
Select "View Profile." This opens your full profile page.
Click on the "Network" tab. This shows your organizational connections.
Understanding Your Network View
The Network tab displays information about your connections in the organization:
Your Upline This shows the people above you in the hierarchy:
Your direct manager
Your manager's manager
And so on up the chain
Your Downline If you have people reporting to you or people you've recruited, they appear here:
Direct reports (people who report directly to you)
Indirect reports (people who report to your direct reports)
Recruits (people you brought into the company)
Your Recruiter The person who recruited you or brought you into the organization.
Viewing the Org Chart
For a visual representation of your organizational structure:
From the Network tab, look for "Org Chart" option.
Click on "Org Chart." This opens a visual diagram of your organization.
Review the chart. You'll see boxes representing people, connected by lines showing reporting relationships.
Find yourself on the chart. You're typically highlighted or centered in the view.
Look above you to see your management chain. Lines going up show who you report to.
Look below you to see your team. Lines going down show who reports to you (if anyone).
Reading the Org Chart
The org chart uses a hierarchical layout:
Top of the chart Higher-level managers, executives, or company leadership.
Middle of the chart Mid-level managers and team leads.
Bottom of the chart Individual contributors and newer team members.
Connecting lines Show reporting relationships. A line between two people means one reports to the other.
Your position You may be highlighted, centered, or marked in some way to help you find yourself quickly.
Understanding Override Relationships
Your network also relates to how overrides work:
If you're a manager or leader:
People in your downline generate override earnings for you
The org chart shows who you earn overrides on
Direct reports typically generate direct overrides
Indirect reports may generate indirect overrides
If you're a rep:
People above you in your upline may earn overrides on your sales
Your manager earns direct overrides
Higher-level managers may earn indirect overrides
Understanding your network helps you understand why certain people appear in your override earnings and vice versa.
Exploring Other People's Connections
Depending on your access level, you may be able to:
Click on someone's name in the org chart. This may show more details about that person.
View their connections. See who reports to them and who they report to.
Understand team structures. See how different teams and offices are organized.
Note: What you can see depends on your role. Managers and admins typically have broader visibility than individual reps.

If you're a manager, your network view provides additional insights:
Team size See how many people are in your organization at various levels.
Team structure Understand how your team is organized and who reports to whom.
Growth tracking As you recruit or promote people, your network expands.
Override visibility Understand who generates override earnings for you.
Tips and Common Mistakes
Use the org chart to understand reporting. If you're not sure who to go to with a question, the org chart shows the chain of command.
Check your network when overrides seem off. If you expected an override and didn't receive it, verify the person is actually in your downline on the org chart.
Your network may change over time. As people are hired, promoted, transferred, or leave, your network updates to reflect those changes.
Managers can see more. If you're a manager, you have visibility into your team's structure. If you're a rep, you may only see your immediate connections.
Recruiter vs. manager can be different. Your recruiter (who brought you in) may not be the same as your manager (who you report to). Both relationships appear in your network.
Network affects overrides. The hierarchy in your network determines override structures. If someone isn't connected to you in the network, you won't earn overrides on their sales.
Common Questions
Why don't I see anyone in my downline? If you're an individual contributor without direct reports or recruits, your downline will be empty. As you recruit people or get promoted to a management role, your downline will populate.
Can I see the entire company org chart? This depends on your access level. Admins can typically see the full company structure. Managers can see their portion of the organization. Reps may only see their immediate connections.
Why is someone missing from my network? If you expect someone to appear in your network but they don't, they may not be properly connected to you in the system. Contact your admin to verify the organizational setup.
How does the network relate to overrides? Your position in the network determines override eligibility. You earn overrides on people below you in your downline, based on your override structure and their sales.
What happens to my network if I transfer offices? Your network updates to reflect your new reporting structure. Your new manager appears in your upline, and any team members in your new office appear accordingly.
Can I change who's in my network? No, network connections are managed by admins. If something is incorrect, contact your admin to make adjustments to organizational assignments.
